Mr. Gulen’s practice focuses on immigration law, including complex federal litigation, asylum, removal defense, and family- and employment-based immigration matters. In Texas, he practices exclusively federal law pursuant to 8 C.F.R. §§ 1001.1(f) and 1292.1(a)(1).
